Reflexology is a system of massage techniques carried out on the feet to relieve tension, using the reflex points on the feet linked to every part of the body.
This treatment is available exclusively with Claire.
Indian Head Massage helps to reduce headache-causing blockages and encourage better circulation of the cerebral fluid. Raw organic coconut oil is used for this massage to give your hair some added health benefits as well.
Underwear must be worn during massages/body treatments.
Please note: If you are currently undergoing treatment for cancer a doctor’s note is required. If you have had surgery in the last 6 months, including a c-section then we are unable to provide massage services. After 6 months a doctor's note is required. Includes: An hour's private and exclusive use of the aromatherapy sauna and salt inhalation steam room and a 30-minute mud rasul treatment.
Following this you can enjoy 60 minutes of treatment time which is your choice of either a relaxing or deep tissue full body massage, Indian head massage and either relaxing or deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage or a hand and arm massage, and either a lymphatic drainage or lifting and firming face massage.
